Wholesale Sales
Goodhouse Farms provides premium, fresh-cut Christmas trees, wreaths, garland, and related products to retailers and fundraising organizations.

Order Placement: Orders can be requested through our online forms. We’ll follow up with a personalized quote and delivery schedule.
Product Availability: Tree and wreath varieties are subject to availability. Early orders are encouraged for the best selection and delivery options.
Pricing: Quotes are based on tree variety, size, and quantity. Volume discounts may apply. Shipping costs are calculated based on location and load size.

Fundraising Services
We partner with schools, Scouts, and nonprofits to provide holiday fundraising programs.

Fundraising Timeline: Fundraisers are guided through a step-by-step seasonal plan beginning in September and running through January.
Support Materials: We provide marketing support, planning guides, and delivery coordination.
Responsibility: Fundraising partners are responsible for accurate orders and the timely coordination of delivery dates.

Delivery Terms

Delivery Windows: We schedule reliable, on-time deliveries starting in late October. Customers will be notified of expected timeframes in advance.
Condition Guarantee: Trees are bundled and shipped in top condition. Damage in transit must be reported within 48 hours.
Delays: While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather or logistics) may impact timelines. We will communicate proactively in such cases.

Returns and Cancellations
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted. Cancellations must be made in writing at least 30 days prior to the scheduled delivery.

Intellectual Property
